  It's hard to say i'm a regular anywhere in Bothell but the one place I am, is Pho Bothell. They know me as soon as I walk in the door and remember my order and only ask what size i want. I legitimately have sat and cried alone at a table after a break up (pho cures everything, what can i say haha). my usual waiter double checked on me after serving my food AND while i paid just to ask if i was okay.
  
  Yeah, the decor isn't upscale but it's a family owned family run operation and the pho is always top notch. What's the problem? You're here to eat not to look at the ambiance. I come at least once a week and the food is always consistently 10/10.
  
  In general, i believe that take-out pho is not the same experience as eating in which is true for most places... but the amount of people i see coming in and out to pick up take out orders while i eat speaks to the greatness of the quality of their food. Pho Bothell has gotten me through countless hangovers, colds, and even just regular days when I have an insatiable craving.
  
  Choosing to be picky about having to walk up and pay for your food at the counter is your own problem in my opinion. To be quite frank, the quality of pho outweighs any complaints you have about the 'service.'
  
  Recently, I moved 20 minutes out of town but will definitely be making the trek back to my favorite spot in Bothell!!

  It's ok.
  
  It's a small, family run establishment, tucked in the back of a small business park so it's not easy to see from the road. The restaurant was clean and not a lot of ambiance. A fresh cup of ice water was delivered within a minute of my being seated. Standard menu of Vietnamese food ... I keep telling myself I'll try some different dishes, but I always choose pho.
  
  This particular broth recipe is ok, but lacks a depth of flavor. It was hot and the fixings were plentiful. The meat was good quality but I would have liked more of it. Overall, I wouldn't argue about going back here.

  Stoped by to get some chicken pho togo for my family I live like 25min from there when I get home and open the bag noticed a lots of ants inside the bag and all over the food it was disgusting I trow away all the food Can't believe they didn't noticed the ants before packing the food their kitchen must be horrible dirty hoping the health department check them up soon

  My wife's family is from So and No California where there are large Vietnamese communities and thus lots of good authentic Bun and Pho. You rate this based of freshness of veggies,  quality of meats, fish sauce, Pho Broth, etc.  I have to tell you that this place tucked on amongst several repair shops is legit.  Don't judge a book by a cover because Pho Bothell will not disappoint.  We just had Bun with grilled pork and was delicious.

  I'm so glad I found Pho Bothell.  I love Pho but this little gem is hidden in an old, tiny strip mall that I never get to on the west side of BEH, so I had no idea it was there.  It's only a mile from my house!  Anyway, all those years when I was at home and craved Pho but didn't want to drive through Bothell Traffic Hell 4 or 5 miles down the road to what I thought was the closest Pho restaurant I could've gone here!
  
  Happy Day!  Now I can zip down the road and YEE HAW!  There's Pho down there!
  
  Okay, on to the review.  Their Pho.  The broth is rich and clear and delicious.  I asked for extra basil and I think they gave me an orchard of basil!  Wow!  Usually, at other places when I ask for extra basil I get 4 or 5 extra leaves, this was at least 2 extra bunches!  I love thai basil more than I can say.
  
  I ordered Pho to go.  All of the veg comes in a pack, as is normal, the noodles are in a separate container as is the meat.  I ordered raw steak.  When I got home I put everything together in the largest bowl I could find - which was a small tureen! and it was delicious.  Each bite was heaven.  Oh Pho, how I have missed you!
  
  The only thing I missed was lime and cilantro.  I don't know if they forgot it or it just doesn't come with their Pho, but I'll ask for it next time - maybe tonight.  
  
  The outside of the restaurant is nothing special, but the inside is clean, well maintained, nicely decorated and busy.  Staff seems friendly and helpful.
